## What to include

**For a bug**

The level number or daily date, what you tapped, what happened, and your browser. A screenshot helps.

**For a puzzle**

The board link, the move that felt impossible, and what you expected. We read every route report.

**For privacy**

Your request type and any details that may help us locate the relevant data.

## Fair play and leaderboards

Daily leaderboard scores are checked against their replays before they are accepted. If a score looks wrong, send the daily date or campaign level and the player name on the board. We can remove an entry that fails verification; we cannot edit a time by hand.

## Privacy requests

You can ask what is stored for your anonymous session, request deletion, or object to a processing purpose. Write from the address you want a reply sent to and put “Privacy” in the subject line. See the [privacy policy](https://arrowpuzzle.space/privacy) for the full list of data and your rights.
